PART ONE    :According to the observations at (11:30)hrs M.S.T today,  the low pressure area over the Northwest Bay of Bengal still persists.

PART TWO   : Monsoon is strong over the Andaman Sea and  Bay of Bengal .

FORECAST FOR AREAS BETWEEN LAT. 10.5°N – 16.5°N AND LONG. 92°E

WEATHER    :     Widespread  rain or thundershowers with isolated heavy falls.

VISIBILITY   :       (4) nautical miles but less than (1/2) nautical mile in rain.

SURFACE WIND :  West or Southwest (10- 15)kts at times (30 )kts.

SEAS    :               Moderate to rough.

WAVE HEIGHT    :  (7-11) feet.
