          During the months of May and June (Early Monson Period), the water levels along the Ayeyarwady, Chindwin, Myittha, Thanlwin, Sittoung, Dokhtawady, Shwegyin, Bago, Ngawun, Toe, Kalaten, Lay Myo and Bilin Rivers may rise above the present water levels but it may not reach above their respective town danger levels.

         During the months of July and August (Mid Monsoon Period), the water levels may exceed one time each at Hkamti, Homalin, Phaungpyin, Mawlaik, Kalewa, Minkin, Kani and Monywa of Chindwin River, and one time each at Shwegu, Katha, Thabeikyin, Mandalay, Sagaing, Myinmu, Pakokku, Nyaung Oo, Chauk, Minbu, Magway, Aunglan, Pyay, Seiktha, Hinthada and Zalun of Ayeyarwady River, one time at Kalay of the Myittha River, one time at Myitnge of the Dokhtawady River, one time at Bago of Bago River, one time at Maubin of Toe River, one time at Pathein and two time each at Ngathaingchaung and Thabaung of Ngawun River, one time at Kyauktaw of Kalaten River, at one time at Myauk U of Lay Myo River and one time at Bilin of Bilin River, two times each at Toungoo and Madauk of Sittoung River, two times at Shwegyin of Shwegyin River, two times at Hppan of Thalwin River above their respective town danger levels respectively.

         During the months of September and October (Late Monsoon Period), the water levels may exceed one time each at Homalin, Mawlaik, Kalewa, Mingin and Monywa of Chindwin River, each at Mandalay, Sagaing, Myinmu, Pakoku, Nyaung Oo, Hinthada and Zalun of the Ayeyarwady River, at Kalay of the Myittha River, at Myitnge of the Dokhtawady River, at Toungoo and Madauk of Sittoung River, at  Shwegyin of Shwegyin River, at Hppan of the Thalwin River, at Ngathaingchaung of Nagwun River and at Maubin of Toe River above their respective town danger levels respectively.
