29-11-2025:According to the observations at 17:30 hrs MST today, the Cyclonic Storm “DITWAH” over the Southwest Bay of Bengal and adjoining North Srilanka has moved Northwards. It is centered at about 785 Nautical miles West-Southwest of Coco Island(Myanmar), 135 Nautical miles South-Southeast of Puducherry (India) and 80 Nautical miles North-Northwestwards of Trincomalee(Srilanka). It is likely to move North-Northwestwards and reach over Southwest Bay of Bengal (near the North Tamil Nadu and South Andhra Pradesh coasts, India).Weather is partly cloudy to cloudy over the Southwest Bay and Westcentral Bay of Bengal and a few cloud over the Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED AT 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past (24)hours, weather has been partly cloudy in Lower Sagaing and Mandalay  Regions, Eastern Shan State, rain or thundershowers have been isolated in Magway Region and Kayah State, scattered in Naypyitaw, Upper Sagaing Region, Northern Shan and Chin States, fairly widespread  in Taninthayi Region, Southern Shan and Rakhine States and widespread in the remaining Regions and States with regionally heavyfalls in Bago and Taninthayi Regions, Mon State and isolated heavyfalls in Rakhine State. The noteworthy amount of rainfall recorded were Shwekyin (7.56)inches, Belin (6.77)inches, Gwa (6.62)inches, Madauk (4.80)inches, Paung (4.72) inches, Launglon (4.25)inches, Myeik (4.05)inches, Kyeikmayaw (4.02)inches, Mawlamyine (3.94)inches, Dawei (3.54) inches, Mudon (3.31)inches, Nyaunglaybin (3.27)inches, Chaungsone (2.95)inches, Phyu (2.67)inches, Kyeikkhame (2.64) inches and  Coco-Island (2.56)inches.  

BAY INFERENCE: Monsoon is strong to vigorous over the Andaman Sea and Bay of Bengal.
