BAY INFERENCE: Monsoon is weak over the Andaman Sea and South Bay and moderate elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.
FORECAST VALID UNTIL MORNING OF THE 13th September, 2019: Rain or thundershowers will be scattered in Lower Sagaing, Magway and Taninthayi Regions, (Northern and Eastern)Shan State, fairly widespread in Mandalay Region and Southern Shan State and widespread in the remaining Regions and States with isolated heavyfalls in Upper Sagaing , Bago, Yangon and Ayeyarwady Region, Kachin and Rakhine States. STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about (6-8)feet in Deltaic, off and along Rakhine Coasts and about (4 – 6)feet in Gulf of Mottama, off and along Mon-Taninthayi Coasts.
