BAY INFERENCE: Monsoon is weak over the Andaman Sea and Bay of Bengal.
FORECAST VALID UNTIL EVENING OF THE 23rd September, 2019: Rain or thundershowers will be scattered in Shan State, fairly widespread in Mandalay, Magway and Bago Regions, Rakhine and Kayah States and widespread in the remaining Regions and States with isolated heavyfalls in Upper Sagaing and Taninthayi Regions. STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be slight to moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about (3–7) feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.
