BAY INFERENCE: Weather is partly cloudy to cloudy over the North Bay and monsoon is weak over the Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.
FORECAST VALID UNTIL EVENING OF THE 24th September, 2019: Rain or thundershowers will be partly cloudy in Shan State, isolated in Lower Sagaing Region and Kayah State, scattered in Naypyitaw, Mandalay Region, Kayin and Mon States, fairly widespread in Upper Sagaing, Magway, Bago, Yangon and Ayeyarwady Regions, Kachin and Rakhine States and widespread in the remaining Regions and States with isolated heavyfall in Magway Region. STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be slight to moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about (3–7) feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.
