2-12-2025: According to the observations at 10:30 hrs MST today, the Deep Depression over the Westcentral Bay and adjoining Southwest Bay of Bengal, North Tamil Nadu and South Andhra Pradesh coasts (India) has weaken into a Depression now lies over the Southwest Bay of Bengal and adjoining the Westcentral Bay, North Tamil Nadu, Puducherry and South Andhra Pradesh coasts (India) is centered at about 755 Nautical miles West of Coco Island(Myanmar), 70 Nautical miles North-Northeast of Puducherry (India) and 15 Nautical miles Southeast of Chennai(India). It is likely continue to move slowly Southwestwards towards the North Tamil Nadu-Puducherry coasts, India and weaken gradually into a Well Marked Low Pressure Area. Weather is cloudy over the Northwest and Westcentral Bay of Bengal and a few cloud to partly cloudy over the Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED AT 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past (24)hours, weather has been partly cloudy in Ayeyarwady Region, Chin and Kayin States, rain or thundershowers have been widespread in Eastern Shan State, fairly widespread in Kachin State, scattered in Lower Sagaing and Mandalay Regions, (Northern and Southern)Shan, Rakhine and Mon States and isolated in the remaining Regions and States. The noteworthy amount of rainfall recorded were Yangon(Northern Dagon) (0.83)inch, Kyaukhtu (0.78)inch, Myintkyina (0.75)inch, Saw (0.56) inch, Heho (0.51)inch, Kengtung (0.48)inch and Mudon and Theinzayet (0.43)inch each.

 BAY INFERENCE: Weather is a few cloud over the Central Bay and partly cloudy over the Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL MORNING OF THE 5th October, 2019: Rain or thundershowers will be fairly widespread in Sagaing Region, Kachin and (Northern and Eastern) Shan States, scattered in Mandalay and Taninthayi Regions, Southern Shan and Chin States and isolated in the remaining Regions and States.
