BAY INFERENCE: According to the observations at (06:30)hrs M.S.T today, the low pressure area over Westcentral Bay of Bengal off Andhra Pradesh coast(India) still persists. Weather is a few cloud over Eastcentral Bay of Bengal and partly cloudy to cloudy over the Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL EVENING OF THE 24th October, 2019: Rain or thundershowers will be isolated in Upper Sagaing and Taninthayi Regions, Kachin, Northern Shan, Chin, Kayin and Mon States. Degree of certainty is (80%). Weather will be partly cloudy in the remaining Regions and States.

STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be slight to moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about (4–6) feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.

OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Likelihood of isolated rain or thundershowers in Bago Region, Kachin, Kayin and Mon States.
