SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED AT 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past (24) hours, Light rain has been isolated in Kachin State and Weather has been partly cloudy in Upper Sagaing, Yangon, Ayeyarwady, Taninthayi Regions and Southern Shan, Chin, Kayah and Mon States and generally fair in the remaining Regions and States. Day temperatures were (3°C) to (4°C) above March average temperature in Sagaing Region and (2°C) above March average temperatures in Mandalay, Magway, Taninthayi Regions and Kachin, Southern Shan, Chin, Mon States and about March average temperatures in the remaining Regions and States. The significant day temperature were (40°C) in Chauk and (39°C) each in Monywa, Sinbyugyun and Myawaddy.
BAY INFERENCE: Weather is a few cloud over the Andaman Sea and Bay of Bengal.
FORECAST VALID UNTIL MORNING OF THE 03rd March, 2021: Light rain or thundershowers are likely to be isolated in Taninthayi Region and Kachin State. Degree of certainty is (60%). Weather will be partly cloudy in Upper Sagaing Region and Shan, Chin, Rakhine, Kayin, Mon States and generally fair in the remaining Regions and States.
STATE OF THE SEA: Seas will be moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about (4-7) feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.
