BAY INFERENCE: Monsoon is moderate over the Andaman Sea and Southeast Bay of Bengal. Weather is a few cloud to partly cloudy elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.
FORECAST VALID UNTIL EVENING OF THE 17th May, 2022: Rain or thundershowers will be isolated in Naypyitaw, Magway Region, scattered in Lower Sagaing, Mandalay, Bago Regions and Chin, Kayah States, fairly widespread in Shan, Rakhine, Kayin States and widespread in the remaining Regions and States with likelihood of isolated heavyfalls in Sagaing, Mandalay, Yangon, Ayeyarwady, Taninthayi Regions and Kachin, Mon State. STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about (6-8) feet in off and along Myanmar Coasts.
