FORECAST VALID UNTIL MORNING OF THE 4th October, 2019: Rain or thundershowers will be widespread in Shan state, fairly widespread in Lower Sagaing and Mandalay Regions, Kachin State, scattered in Upper Sagaing, Magway and Taninthayi Regions, Chin, Rakhine, Kayin and Mon States and isolated in the remaining Regions and States.
