PART ONE          : According to the observations at 05:30 hrs MST today, the Deep Depression over Southwest Bay of Bengal and adjoining East Equatorial Indian Ocean has moved Northwestwards and reached over Southwest Bay of Bengal. It is centered at aboutwithin half degree of Lat 6.9 degree North and Long longitude 83.3 degree east. It is likely continue to move Northwestwards and may cross Sri Lanka coast between Pottuvil and Trincomalee during next 24 hours.
