BAY INFERENCE: Weather is partly cloudy to cloudy over the Andaman Sea and the Bay of Bengal. 

FORECAST VALID UNTIL EVENING OF THE 13th October 2026: Rain or thundershowers will be isolated in Lowe Sagaing, Kayah, Chin and (Northern and Eastern) Shan  States, scattered in Yangon, Mandalay, Bago, Magway  Regions and Kayin, Mon, Rakhine States,  fairly  widespread in Bago, Magway, Ayeyarwady Regions and  Kayin, Mon, Rakhine States and  widespread in the remaining Regions and States with isolated heavyfalls in Mandalay, Magway, Lower Sagaing and Taninthayi Regions. Degree of certainty is 100%. Weather will be partly cloudy in Upper Sagaing Region and Kachin State.

THE CONDITION OF CUMULONIMBUS CLOUD: The Cumulonimbus clouds are developing in Taninthayi Region. The area along the Cumulonimbus clouds movement, the weather phenomena such as strong winds accompanied with rain, thunder, lightning and hail may occur and therefore it is recommended to be aware in advance these phenomena.  

STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about 5-7 feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.

OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Likelihood of isolated heavyfalls in  Yangon, Bago, Ayeyarwady, Taninthayi Regions and Kayin, Mon States.
