PART ONE               : According to the observations at 12:30 hrs MST today, a Low Pressure Area has formed over the South Andaman Sea still persists. It is very likely to move west-northwestwards and become into a Well Marked Low Pressure Area over South Andaman Sea and adjoining Nicobar Islands during next 12 hours and intensify gradually into a Depression over the Southeast Bay of Bengal and Adjoining Andaman and Nicobar Islands on 31-10-2026 and towards Andhra Pradesh coast, India on 2-11-2026.

PART TWO              : Weather is  a few cloud to partly cloudy over the Westcentral Bay of Bengal and partly cloudy  to cloudy over the Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal. 

FORECAST FOR AREAS BETWEEN LAT. 10.5°N – 16.5°N AND LNG. 92°E

WEATHER                                : Widespread rain or thundershowers with isolated heavy falls.

VISIBILITY                                : 4 nautical miles but ½ nautical mile in rain.

SURFACE WIND                      : East 15-20 kts at times 35 kts.

SEAS                                        : Rough.
