PART ONE :According to the observations at (11 :30)hrs M.S.T today,the Severe Cyclonic Storm (PHETHAI) over the Westcentral Bay and adjoining Westcentral Bay of Bengal has moved Northwestwards .It is centered at about within 1/2 degree of lat (15.2)N and lon (82.2)E.

PART TWO   : Weather is  cloudy over the Southeast Bay and West central  Bay and  a few cloud to partly cloud over the Andaman Sea and elsewhere in the Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST FOR AREAS BETWEEN LAT. 10.5°N – 16.5°N AND LONG. 92°E
WEATHER    :       Scattered  rain or thundershowers.
VISIBILITY    :     (4) nautical miles but (1) nautical mile in rain.
SURFACE WIND : East or Northeast (10-15) kts at times (25 30)kts.
SEAS    :             Moderate to rough .
