PART TWO        :  Weather is cloudy over the Andaman Sea, North Bay and Eastcentral Bay of Bengal and a few cloud to partly cloudy elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

WEATHER                      : Widespread rain or thundershowers with likelihood of isolated heavyfalls.

VISIBILITY                       : 3 nautical miles but less than 1/2 nautical mile in rain.

SURFACE WIND               : South or Southwest 10-15 kts at times 30 kts.
