27-7-2026: According to the observations at 10:30 hrs MST today, the Depression area over the Northwest Bay of Bengal and adjoining (West Bengal- North Odisha) Coast (India) has moved slowly Northwards and into a intensified into a Deep Depression. It is centered at about 275 Nautical miles West-Northwest of Sittwe (Myanmar), 65 Nautical miles East of Balasore and 70 Nautical miles South-Southwest of Canning, India. Monsoon is strong over the Andaman Sea and Bay of Bengal. Weather is partly cloudy over the Southwest Bay of Bengal and cloudy over the Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.
