It is likely to move Northwestwards and across North Odisha and adjoining Gangetic West Bengal, India during next 24 hours. Monsoon is storng over the Andaman Sea and South Bay and moderate elsewhere over the Bay of Bangel. Weather is partly cloudy to cloudy over the Andaman Sea and Bay of Bangel.

A slight earthquake of magnitude (3.9) Richter Scale with its epicenter inside Myanmar (about (1)mile north of Kamaing), latitude 25.54°N, longitude 96.71°E, depth (10)kilometers, about (47)miles west of Myitkyina seismological observatory was recorded at (17)hr (03)min (08)sec M.S.T on 23rd February, 2020.
