PART ONE    :According to the observations at (11:30)hrs M.S.T today, a low pressure area has formed over the Equatorial India Ocean and adjoining Southeast Bay of Bengal. It may further intensify into a depression during next (48)hours.

PART TWO   : Weather is cloudy over the South Bay and afew cloud to partly cloudy  over the Andaman Sea and elsewhere in the Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST FOR AREAS BETWEEN LAT. 10.5°N – 16.5°N AND LONG. 92°E

WEATHER    : Isolated rain or thundershowers.
VISIBILITY    : (4) nautical miles but (1) nautical mile in rain.
