PART ONE               : According to the observations at 22:30 hrs MST today, the Well Marked Low Pressure Area over the Westcentral Bay of Bengal and adjoining Eastcentral Bay of Bengal has intensified into a Depression. It is centered at about within half degree of Lat 17.7°N and Lon 87.8°E. It is likely to move West-Northwestwards and further intensify into a Deep Depression over the Westcentral Bay of Bengal and adjoining Northwest Bay of Bengal during next 24 hours and continuous to move West-Northwestwards and cross the North Andhra Pradesh- South Odisha Coasts between Visakhapatnam and Gopalpur(India).
