PART ONE    : According to the observations at (23:30)hrs MST today, the  deep depression over the Westcentral Bay of Bengal  has move to NorthWest Bay of Bengal and intensified into a Cyclonic  storm "DAYE".It   is centered at about within half degree of latitude (18.8)N and long(85.6)E.It is forecast to move  West -NorthWest wards and will cross near Gopapur (India )  during next (6)hrs .
