PART I: According to the observation at (18:30) hrs MST today, a depression over Northeast Bay of Bengal is centered at about within half degrees of Lat(22.0)N and Long (90.8)E.It is likely to reamin pratically stationary.

PART II:

Monsoon is moderate to strong in the Andaman Sea and South Bay and  vigorous elsewhere in the  Bay of Bengal.
