SPECIAL FEATURE: According to the observations at (11:30) MST today, yesterday's the tropical storm "Kirogi" over South China Sea has downgraded into a depression and its center about (100)mile East of Hochimin (Vietnam). It is forecast to move westwards and cross the Southern Vietnam Coast during next (12)hrs.

PART II: .Weather is  generally fair weather over the  North Bay and Eastcentral Bay of Bengal and partly cloudy  over the Andaman Sea and  elsewhere over the  Bay of Bengal.
