PART TWO                       : Monsoon is strong to vigorous over the Andaman Sea and Bay of Bengal.

Special Features  : According to the observations at 09:30 hrs MST today, the Severe Tropical Storm “WIPHA” crossing the Northern Coast of Vietnam moved Westwards and downgraded into a Tropical Storm “WIPHA”. It is likely to move West-Southwestwards and continue to cross the inland areas of Vietnam and weaken into a Land Depression over Laos on 23-7-2025.

WEATHER                      : Widespread rain or thundershowers with likelihood of regionally heavyfalls.
