PART ONE            :  According to the observations at 09:30 hrs M.S.T today, the Depression over the Northwest Bay and adjoining Westcentral Bay of Bengal (North Andhra Pradesh-South Odisha) coasts, India has moved north-northwestwards and crossed South Odisha coast near Gopalpur as a Land Depression. It is likely to move northwestwards and continue to cross South Odisha and South Chhattisgarh and weaken gradually.

PART TWO                       : Monsoon is moderate over the Andaman Sea and Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST FOR AREAS BETWEEN LAT. 10.5°N – 16.5°N AND LONG. 92°E

WEATHER                      : Widespread rain or thundershowers with likelihood of isolated heavyfalls.

VISIBILITY                       : 3 nautical miles but less than 1/2 nautical mile in rain.

SURFACE WIND               : South or Southwest 10-15 kts at times 20-25 kts.

SEAS                             : Moderate to rough.
