PART TWO         : Monsoon is vigorous over the Andaman Sea and south Bay and moderate to strong elsewhere over Bay of Bengal.

Special Features: According to the observations at 12:30 hrs MST today, the Typhoon “Kajiki” over south china Sea has moved westwards now lies over Tonkin Bay. It is centered at about 30 Nautical miles East-Southeast of Vinh,  190 Nautical miles North-Northwest of Da Nang (Vietnam).
