PART ONE : According to the observations at 11:30 hrs M.S.T today, the low pressure area over the Northwest Bay of Bengal (Odisha Coast, India) moved slowly West-Northwestwards and has further intensified into a well marked low pressure area. It is likely continue to move slowly West–Northwestwards and across Odisha, India during next 24 hours.
PART TWO : Monsoon is strong to vigorous over the Andaman Sea and South Bay and moderate to strong elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.
Special Features: According to the observations at 09:30 hrs MST today, the low pressure cell which crossed over Northern Thailand has move westwards and downgraded into a wind wave over Eastern Shan, Myanmar. It is likely continue to move westwards.
