PART ONE          : According to the observations at 15:30 hrs MST today, the low pressure area over the Northeast Bay and adjoining Eastcentral Bay of Bengal and off and along Rakhine coasts has intensified into a well marked low pressure area. It is likely to move North-Northwestwards and may reach over adjoining off and along Northern Rakhine coasts, Myanmar and coastal area of Bangladesh on 5-11-2025.
