It is likely to move Northwestwards and across North Odisha and adjoining Gangetic West Bengal, India during next 24 hours. Monsoon is storng over the Andaman Sea and South Bay and moderate elsewhere over the Bay of Bangel. Weather is partly cloudy to cloudy over the Andaman Sea and Bay of Bangel.

According to the 12:30 hrs M.S.T observation today, the water level of Ayeyarwady River at Pakokku has reached its danger level. It may rise about 1½ feet during the next 1 day and may remain above its danger level.
It is especially advised to the people who settle near the river banks and low lying areas in Pakokku Township, to take precaution measure.
