          According to the observations at 06:30 hrs MST today, due to the unstable air condition over the Andaman Sea, the reminant of low pressure cell over the Thailand and the strong development of the convective clouds such as rain or thundershowers are likely to be scattered in Kachin, Northern Shan States and fairly widespread to widespread in Naypyitaw, Yangon, Mandalay, Bago, Magway, Sagaing, Ayeyarwady, Taninthayi Regions and Kayah, Kayin, Chin, Mon, Rakhine, (Southern and Eastern) Shan States with likelihood of isolated heavyfalls in Yangon, Bago, Ayeyarwady, Taninthayi Regions and Kayin, Mon States during today morning to 30-9-2026.

         Occassional squalls with rough sea will be experienced in Deltaic, Gulf of Mottama, off and along Mon-Taninthayi Coast. Surface wind speed in squall may reach 35 mph. Wave height will be about 10-12 feet in Deltaic, Gulf of Mottama, off and along Mon-Taninthayi Coast. Squalls with moderate to rough seas are likely at times off and along Rakhine Coast. Surface wind speed in squall may reach 25-30 mph. Wave height will be about 8-10 feet off and along Rakhine Coast.

          People should be awared are due to the unstable air condition over the Andaman Sea, the reminant of low pressure cell over the Thailand and the strong development of the convective clouds such as the heavy rainfall with strong wind, flash flood and landslide in the hilly areas and near small rivers and inland water transport and domestic flight.
