PART ONE : According to the observations at (18:30)hrs M.S.T today, the low pressure area over the Northwest Bay of Bengal has intensified into a depression. It is centered at about within 1/2 degree of latitude (21.5)°N and longitude(87.5)°E. It is forecast to move West of Odisha Coast near Balasore by tonight.
PART TWO : Monsoon is vigorous over the Andaman Sea and South Bay and moderate to strong elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal .
