PART ONE    : According to the observations at (13:30)hrs M.S.T today, the Severe Cyclonic Storm over  Westcentral Bay of Bengal  is centered at about within half degree of latitude (16.5)N and longitude (85.8)E .It is forecast to move Northt-northwest wards.

PART TWO   : Weather is partly cloudy  over the Andaman sea  and couldy over  the Bay of Bengal.
