PART ONE         : According to the observations at (18:30)hrs M.S.T today, the Very Severe Cyclonic Storm "BULBUL" over the Northwest Bay has moved Northwards. It is centered at about within half degree of Lat (20.9)°N and Lon (87.9)°E. It is forecast to move Northeast wards.

PART TWO        : Weather is partly cloudy to cloudy over the Andaman Sea and Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST FOR AREAS BETWEEN LAT. 10.5°N – 16.5°N AND LONG. 92°E

WEATHER                      : Isolated rain or thundershowers.

VISIBILITY                     : (4) nautical miles but (1) nautical mile in rain.
