PART ONE          : According to the observations at (00:30)hrs M.S.T today, Extremely severe cyclonic storm (AMPHAM) over the Westcentral Bay and adjoining Northwest Bay of Bengal has moved to North- Northeast ward. It is centered at about within half degree of Lat (18.1)°N and Long (87.1)°E. It is continuously forecast to move North- Northeast wards and may across between West Bengal(India) and Bangladash Coasts during next (24)hours.
