BALLOON :
PART ONE : According to the observations at (18:30)hrs M.S.T today, the Extremely Severe Cyclonic Storm(AMPHAN) which is crossing between Digha(West Bengal), India and Hatiyi Islands, Bangladesh has moved to North-Northeastwards and weaken to the Very Severe Cyclonic Storm (AMPHAN). It lies at about (45) miles South of Kolkta(India). It is forecast continuously to move North-Northeastwards.
PART TWO : Monsoon is strong over the Andaman Sea and Southeast Bay and cloudy over the North Bay and West Central Bay and partly cloudy and cloudy elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.
