SPECIAL FEATURE : According to the observations at (13:30) hrs MST today, the low pressure area over Cambodia is reaching Gulfoff Thailand and moving to westwards. It is likely to cross Southern Thailand and Southern Myanmarareas on tonight. It is forecast to reach the Andaman Sea at (9.10.2020).
