PART ONE       : According to the observations at (17:30)hrs M.S.T today, the Depression over the North Andaman Sea has moved North- Northeastward. It is central at about within half degree of (11.7) N, (96.7)E. It is likely to more North- Northeastward toward Gulf of Mottama, Mon-Thninthayi Coasts. It is likely to intensify into a deep depression during next (12) hours. 

PART TWO       : Weather is cloudy over the Andaman Sea and Southeast Bay and a few cloud to partly cloudy elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

WEATHER                      : Fairly widespread rain or thundershowers with isolated heavyfalls.
