PART ONE          : According to the observations at (18:30)hrs M.S.T today, the low pressure area has formed over Equatorial Indian Ocean and adjoining South Andaman sea and Southeast Bay of Bengal. It is Likely to move Westwards and may further intensity into a Well Marked Low Pressure Area over Southeast Bay of Bengal and adjoining Equatorial Indian Ocean during next (24)hrs.

PART TWO          :  Weather is cloudy over the South Andaman Sea and South Bay of Bengal and a few cloud to partly cloudy over the North Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.
