PART ONE          : According to the observations at (10:30) hrs M.S.T today, the Well Marked Low Pressure Area over Southeast Bay of Bengal has moved West-Northwestwards and intensified into a Depression over Southeast and adjoining Southwest Bay of Bengal. It is centered at about within half degree of Lat (9.1)°N and Long (86.4)°E.
