According to the observations at 10:30 hrs MST today, the Severe Tropical Storm “BUALOI” over the West Philippines sea has moved west-northwestwards and reached over the South China Sea. It is likely continue to move west-northwestwards and may intensify into a Typhoon and cross over the northern coastal areas of Vietnam as a Severe Tropical Storm “BUALOI” during next 48 hours and as a Tropical Depression over Laos during next 72 hours.
