PART I:  According to the observations at (11:30)hrs MST today, the low pressure area over Southwest Bay of Bengal and adjoining Sri-Lanka and Tamilnadu Coast still persists.

PART II:  Weather is a few cloud over the North Bay and Westcentral Bay and cloudy over the Andaman Sea and elsewher over Bay of Bengal.

SPECIAL FEATURES: According to the observations at (11:30) MST today, the typhoon "Damrey" over the South China sea has crossed to the Central Vietnam Coast near NHA Trand (Vietnam).
