PART I:  According to the observations at (12:30)hrs M.S.T today, the low pressure area  over the Southeast Bay and adjoining Eastcentral Bay of Bengal still persists over the Southwest Bay of Bengal.

PART II: Weather is partly cloudy to cloudy over the South Bay and  partly cloudy  over the Andaman Sea and elsewhere Bay of Bengal.
