PART ONE            : According to the observations at (05:30) hrs M.S.T today, the Depression over Westcentral Bay and adjoining Northwest Bay of Bengal (off North Andhra Pradesh and South Odisha, India) moved Northwestwards and crossed North Andhra Pradesh Coast, close to Kalingapatnam (India). It is likely to move Northwestwards and may cross north Andhra Pradesh and South Odisha.
