PART ONE             : According to the observations at (10:30) hrs M.S.T today, the deep depression over Northwest Bay and adjoining Westcentral Bay of Bengal has moved slowly North-Northwestwards. It is centered at about within half degree of 19.3 degree North and Longitude 86.2 degree East.

SPECIAL FEACTURES: According to the observations at (12:30) hrs MST today, the Low Pressure Cells over Northern Vietnam has moved Northwestwards still persists. It may weaken gradually into a wave and likely to move West-Northwestwards.

PART TWO             : Monsoon is strong over the Andaman Sea and Bay of Bengal.

WEATHER                      : Widespread rain or thundershowers.
