PART TWO             : Monsoon is strong over the Andaman Sea and South Bay of Bengal and weak to moderate elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

SPECIAL FEATURES: According to the observations at (12:30)hrs MST today, the Low Pressure Cell over the inland area of Thailand, Kayin, Mon, and Kayah States (Myanmar) still persists. The Low Pressure Cell and remnants of clouds is likely to move Westwards and cross to Bago, Yangon, Ayeyarwady Regions (Myanmar) and North Andaman Sea during next 24 hours. Thereafter, it is likely to continue to move Westwards and may intensify into a Low Pressure Area over the Central Bay of Bengal..
