SPECIAL FEATURES: According to the observations at (12:30)hrs MST today, the Low Pressure Cell over the Eastcentral Bay of Bengal has moved Westwards and reached over Central Bay and it still persists. It is likely continue to move Westwards and may further intensify into a Low Pressure Area over the Westcentral Bay of Bengal during next (24)hrs.
