PART ONE            : According to the observations at (05:30) hrs M.S.T today, the Cyclonic Storm “FENGAL” over Southwest Bay of Bengal has moved North-Northwestwards.  It is centered at about within half degree of 11.8 degree North and Longitude 81.7 degree East. It is likely to move West-Northwestwards and may cross North Tamil Nadu near Puducherry (India) during next 24 hours.
