PART ONE            : According to the observations at (17:30) hrs M.S.T today, the Cyclonic Storm “FENGAL” over Southwest Bay of Bengal has moved Westwards.  It is centered at about within half degree of 12.3 degree North and Longitude 80.4 degree East. It is likely to move slowly Westwards and may cross North Tamil Nadu coast near Puducherry (India) tonight.
