PART ONE : According to the observations at 11:30 hrs M.S.T today, the low pressure area over the North Bay of Bengal and adjoining coastal areas of Bangladesh, Gangetic West Bengal and North Odisha, India has further intensified into a well marked low pressure over Gangetic Southwest Bangladesh and adjoining West Bengal (India). It is likely to move Northwest wards concentrate into a Land Depression during next 24 hours.
PART TWO : Monsoon is moderate to strong over the Andaman Sea and Bay of Bengal.

WEATHER : Widespread rain or thundershowers with likelihood of isolated heavyfalls.

SURFACE WIND : South or Southwest 10-15 kts at times 20-25 kts.
SEAS : Moderate to rough.
