PART TWO            : Monsoon is strong over the Andaman Sea and South Bay and moderate elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

Special Features  : According to the observations at 12:30 hrs MST today, the Tropical Storm “WIPHA” over the South China Sea has further intensified into a Severe Tropical Storm “WIPHA”. It is likely to move West-Northwestwards and move to the Southern Coasts of China on 20-7-2025. Thereafter, it is likely to continue to cross Northern Vietnam on 22-7-2025.
